Four Wolfpack golfers qualified for the 2009 PCAA State Golf Championships next week at Penn National Golf Club. Heavy rain and winds made the playing conditions tough at the WPCC Golf Championships which was held at the Links at Spring Church.  Dustin Capco (Belle Vernon), Scott Goodfellow (Mt. Pleasant), Dan Ritter (Norwin) and Chuck Teeter (Somerset) will compete at next weeks venue.   

The lone returning golfer on this years team is sophomore, Scott Goodfellow (Mt. Pleasant) as he and several of his teammates have been searching for their swing early this fall season. Tough playing conditions and lack of experience has played in to the teams ups and downs so early on. Freshman Dustin Capco (Belle Vernon), Dan Ritter (Norwin), Chuck Teeter (Somerset) and sophomore Goodfellow all own around 85 averages.
